Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Prep Time 15 minutes  Serves 2

Ingredients

1 container (8 ounces) nonfat lemon yogurt
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) pitted dried plums (prunes)
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
