Power Pudding

Serve Power Pudding and you will find this delightful high fiber sweet snack a regular item on your menus.   It’s tasty, easy-to-make and eat, and helps keep the digestive system happy and healthy.   Serve as a mid-morning or afternoon snack, breakfast treat, or dessert.


  • 3 cups Stapleton’s Canned Pitted Prunes (in water or pear juice)
  • 1 cup Stapleton’s Prune Juice
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 cup Bran Cereal

Pour one cup of Stapleton’s Prune Juice into a blender. Add three cups of Stapleton’s Canned Pitted Prunes (and their liquid) and blend into a puree. Add applesauce and bran cereal, and mix well. Store the Power Pudding in the refrigerator and use as desired for up to about one week.
