Plum Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup (about 6 ounces) coarsely chopped dried plums (prunes)
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons seeded and chopped jalapeño peppers
4 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
Salt
Directions
In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Season with salt, as desired. Serve with roast or grilled pork.
