Pecorino and Bacon Terrine
Ingredients:
- 500g of fresh Pecorino cheese
- 100ml of milk
- 10g gelatin leaves
- 8 prunes
- 100g of bacon
Recipe:
Cut the pecorino into small pieces and grate it in a mixer; melt the gelatin leaves in warm milk and pour it into the mixer.
Take a terrine and cover it with the strips of bacon, add a layer of pecorino, a layer of prunes, another layer of pecorino, another layer of prunes, and finish off with a layer of pecorino.
Chill the terrine in the fridge. Once chilled, turn out onto a serving board, slice and serve on a serving dish.
