Orange Ricotta Prunes
Ingredients:
- 8 prunes
- prune juice
- 150g of goat ricotta cheese
- 1 orange
- salt
Serves: 4
Directions:
Soak the prunes in their juice until soft and remove the pit. Whip the ricotta cheese with salt and grated orange peel.
Place the ricotta in a pastry bag and fill the prunes. Peel the orange completely and cut into 8 slices, place one sliceĀ on every plate and lay one stuffed prune on top of the orange slices. Serve with a good Franciacorta brut.
