Fluffer Nutterdillas

Ingredients
4 medium (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) coarsely chopped dried plums (prunes)
Ground cinnamon
Directions
Spread one tortilla with 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 1/4 cup marshmallow cream to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with 1/4 cup dried plums; sprinkle with cinnamon, as desired. Top with second tortilla. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Place nutterdilla in skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bottom is browned and crisp. Turn; cook second side 1 to 2 minutes or until browned. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut into wedges; serve warm.
