Dried Plums in Port Wine

Prep Time 2 minutes    Cook Time 10 minutes     Serves 6

Ingredients

1 pound pitted dried plums (prunes)
2 cups port wine
2 cups water

Directions

In saucepan, bring dried plums, port and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve dried plums drizzled with a little of the cooking liquid.
