Teri’s Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie with Stapleton’s Pecans

3 eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar-light or dark or combination
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1-2 cups Stapleton’s pecan halves
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium bowl, put in the eggs and beat slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients except pecans and combine well.  Add 1-2 cups of Stapleton’s pecans to mix. Reserve some pecan halves to decorate the top. Pour into prepared unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. The pie is done when the edges are dark golden and the center will be slightly loose. Remove from oven to cooling rack. This is one of our personal all time favorites for the holidays. Enjoy!
