Dried Fruits Shelf Life

Shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool dry environment. Store away from walls. Our recommended storage conditions are 45oF at 60% relative humidity (RH). Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations. Dried fruits are semi-perishable, and are prime targets for pests, especially insects. Take appropriate insect control steps when storing this product for any length of time. Always reseal any partially used cases. Lighter colored fruits such as apples, pears and peaches brown over time and require storage under cool conditions.
