Applications Institutional/Hospital Users

Bulk size for easy handling. Most economical pack. Already washed and processed. Ready to eat or can be used as an ingredient in your recipes.

Industrial Users

Available in 3 convenient sizes. Perfect for repackaging. Can be oiled for easier handling.

Technical Information Product Packaging

Product is available in 10, 25 and 30 pound plastic lined cardboard boxes. Product is available sorbated or un-sorbated (less than 25% moisture). We can provide oiled product as a special request.

Product Storage

Shelf Life of 12 months for sorbated product and 6 months for unsorbated product when stored in a cool dry environment. Store away from walls. Our recommended storage conditions are 45^o F at 60% relative humidity (RH).
