1. Stage 1: Mix ingredients to a smooth, light puree.
2. Stage 2: Mix with Stage One ingredients at low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape. Mix at low speed for 3 minutes. Scrape.
3. Fold in blueberries, holding back some to top muffins.
4. Fill greased or lined cups to 3/4 full. Bake at 375° F for 25-30 minutes or until middle springs back to a light touch.
