At this time, we are the largest packer of private label canned prunes in the Foodservice industry.
But that's not all we offer...
We also offer a full line of prune products that include bulk prunes, bagged prunes and prune concentrate. We also specialize in raisins, local dried fruit, a full line of nuts and a number of innovative fruit based industrial products such as fresh plum puree and Plum Good Plum Powder.
The newest addition to our line of products is Pineapple Juice. It is a wonderful blend of single strength pineapple juice and high quality pineapple concentrate sourced from prime growing regions around the world to create the sweet/tart flavor profile that consumers demand.
We distribute our products from our packing facility in Gridley, CA and our finished goods warehouse in Stockton, CA. and have forward warehouse distribution in Los Angeles, Chicago, South Plainfield, NJ., Winchester, MA and Miami, FL.
Crop Report
PRUNES
This years USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service estimate for the 2008 prune crop is forecasted at 120,000 tons. This estimate is a 49% increase from the short 2007 crop but 11% below the previous five year average. The year-end carryover will be down significantly from last year leaving the California prune supply tight once again. Our customers can be assured that you will be fully supplied in 2008-2009 just as you were in the previous "tight" crops years. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
