The articles comprising each shipment or other delivery made by Stapleton-Spence is hereby guaranteed, as of the date of such shipment not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and complies with the Act and all applicable regulations.  Further, such articles or article are not a misbranded, hazardous substance or a banned hazardous substance within the meaning of those terms under the Federal Hazardous Substance Act.  All products provided are in good condition, not adulterated in any manner, are manufactured from sound raw material and their production is carried our under sanitary conditions.  These products, at the time of shipment, are sound, wholesome products fit for human consumption for use.
